Looking for preferably Singaporeans, PR or Malaysian Work Permit Holders
For our night bar, we are looking for full-time/part-time bartenders that are able to follow our recipes to create cocktails, pour draught beer, serve bar bites, manage the bar counter and interact with customers. Added bonus if you have worked as a bartender/mixologist before.
Work location: 144 Upper Bukit Timah Rd, #04-12A, Beauty World Centre, Singapore 588177 (2min walk from Beauty World MRT Exit A)
Job requirements:
- Able to work 6-7 days a week
- Preferably a valid food safety and hygiene certificate (from SFA)
- Be familiar with all the cafe/bar menu items
- Good customer service: Interact with customers, assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations, upsell items, take orders
- Prepare simple cafe/bar food items - utilise proper equipment and ingredients
- For bartenders, help mix and garnish for cocktails
- Help out with service crew, handle basic cleaning duties, keep food preparation area organised and sound off if there is a need for restock
- Comply with basic food safety practices and hygiene standards
- Be familiar with cashier duties and point-of-sale (POS) system
Working hours and remuneration:
Bar: 6-7 days a week, from 4pm-10.30pm (Weekdays) / 11pm (Weekends)
Part-timer: $10-$12/hr (Negotiable depending on experience)
Full-timer: $2300-$2800/mth (Negotiable depending on experience)
